El torneo inaugural tendrá lugar el 21 de marzo en Barcelona con la gran final en Riga el 13 de mayo. Reglas generales:
- Los partidos se juegan en 4 canchas (15x10m)
- Sin portero
- Formato: 3 + 1 (3-4 jugadores en un equipo)
- Sustituciones ilimitadas
- Duración del juego: 6 minutos
- Pelota de bajo rebote
- Estilo de torneo: partidos de grupo seguidos de playoffs
- Grupo de edad: 16+
- Todos pueden jugar, sin límites
- Cuota de participación: 20 eur por equipo

"Street Football x Barcelona" and one of the biggest street football and culture organizations ''Ghetto Football'' from Latvia with the participation of nine other partner countries are organizing the first street football Euro League tour.
The opening tournament will take place on March 21st in Barcelona with finals in Riga on May 13th. General rules:
- Games are played on 4 courts (15x10m)
- No goalkeeper
- Format: 3+1 (3-4 players in one team)
- Unlimited substitutions
- Game lenght: 6minutes
- Low bounce ball
- Tournament style: group matches followed by playoffs
- Age group: 16+
- Everyone can play, no limits
- Participation fee: 20 eur per team
