For the first time in Tallinn will take place "Ghetto Games” festival of street sports and culture

On Saturday, July 15, from 12.00-20.00, festival of street sports and culture "Ghetto Games" will take place in Tallinn. Festival is one of the events during the Tallinn Maritime Days that will be held next to the Estonian Maritime Museum at the Seaplane Harbour. Registration of participants begins 3 weeks before the event on the website www.ghettogames.com. Entry for spectators will be free.

"Ghetto Games" will visit the capital of Estonia for the first time and a large festival program has already been prepared, where in addition to the traditional competitions in 3v3 street football "Ghetto Football" and 3v3 street basketball "Ghetto Basket", there will also be 3v3 floorball competitions "Ghetto Floorball”, “Ghetto Fight” pankration competitions, “Ghetto Dance” street dance competition, as well as Baltic championship in street-workout.

The “Ghetto Football” program will begin with games in the U12, U14, U16, U16, U19, Open and Pro groups. After that “Panna” 1 on 1 tournament will begin - the goal of the “Panna” game is to play 1 on 1 to knock the ball from the opponent between the legs or score as many goals as possible.

“Ghetto Basket” competitions will be organised in 6 different age groups (U13, U15, U17, Lady, Amateurs) and Baltic 3x3 League for PRO players, where teams will compete not only for prizes, but also for points in the Ghetto Basket rating and FIBA 3x3 rating. The best Baltic 3x3 League teams will go to the finals in the city of Ventspils in Latvia, where will be a final tournament for the trip to the 3x3 Laussane Masters FIBA basketball tournament. Anyone can register to participate, regardless of age and experience. We also want to remind that it was the players from regular “Ghetto Basket” tournaments who became the first ever gold medal owners in the history at the Olympics.

In the “Ghetto Dance” will be competitions for amateurs and more professional dancers. In Tallinn "Ghetto Dance" will be held in three dance categories - "Hip-hop", "Break Dance" and "Dance hall". The dancers will perform and compete in a 1v1 battle format.

The “Ghetto Fight” international pankration competitions will be held in 13 fight rounds. The strongest Baltic fighters will fight for the Ghetto Fight champion title in various weight categories.

Throughout the day, an entertainment show program, contests for spectators and other entertainment events accompanied by a DJ will be held for spectators and participants.
