Ventspils will host a 3v3 international street football tournament.
This is the only major open international tournament this summer. An example is the cooperation with ISFA.
"3v3 football as a sport in its development phase needs more high-class international tournaments, where the format of future tournaments is honed, teams gain the necessary experience, and new stars are found. This November, the first real World Cup in 3v3 street football will take place and this the tournament serves as one step closer to the goal," says Anton Semenak, leader of Ghetto Football.
Teams from Finland, Austria, France, Serbia, Germany and Latvia will participate in the tournament. It will also be the only 2-day tournament this year. The prize pool of this tournament is 5000 EUR.
Together with Ghetto Football Ventspils masters, there will also be games for U12, U14 and U16 age groups on Saturday.
